Nice product, nice quality, colors are not "exactly" as what you can see in their page. For example, this "orange" , is not real "orange" as it looks in the photo, is more like a "pastel salmon" (like this to be exact https://www.figma.com/pt-br/cores/cor-salmao/) , but still, nice product. Heavy.
The designs are nice! The transit time took longer than expected as my order was shipped from China to the US. Unfortunately my bracelet fell apart after only four days of wear. The leather braid disconnected from the metai ferrule and simply fell apart without any external strain. I emailed customer service and was happy to hear that they would immediately send a replacement with no charge to me, and no return needed.
I ordered the silver bike chain bracelet 21.5 cms but after measuring my wrist the 19.5 cm would of fitted perfect so I emailed quickly and asked to change it ,too which I got a reply saying no problem and it was done,glad I did as I love the bracelet it's made tough and looks great 🙂

Respond to your requests for refunds or exchanges like you say you will. Also, you could tighten up the shipping time a little, imho.

After a long wait (because the transporter mixed up shipments) I did received the bracelet and it looks really nice. Very good quality and easy to put. If you want one but have doubts ..... don't ...... just order. You will not be disappointed !!!! PS And contact with Deb is very nice 😉

I love the items I ordered from Cyclolinks. I ordered a few Split Link bracelets. I received some free items with my order. My only concern is that I placed my order on May 17 and didn't receive my order until June 11. Shipping in US/Canada was listed as 6-10 days. I didn't receive any notification of a delay until an accidental email about leaving a review was emailed to me. The bracelets and keychain I received are made of very good quality. Perhaps my delay was a rare occurrence.

I absolutely love 💗 these and who says us 50 and fabulous girls can’t join our daughters with the gage look without doing permanent damage to our ears. I chose the black titanium with the carbon fiber in the center andI highly recommend and don’t worry if you have allergies too different metals as I do because these do not cause any problems and these are so comfortable that I even sleep with them. I sent an email explaining that this was not the correct earring. This is the racing bike and I ordered the regular bike. I never heard back from anyone. 🙁
Ordered a skull ring based on the product photos, which show a detailed, polished piece with defined features and clean finishing. What arrived looked like a badly cast imitation, with the skull and floral details misshapen and lacking any of the clarity shown online. I contacted Cycolinks and, to their credit, they acknowledged a “quality issue” and sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was identical to the first, suggesting this isn’t a one-off defect but a consistent mismatch between what’s advertised and what’s actually supplied. At best, this feels like extremely poor quality control. At worst, the product images are not an accurate representation of the item being sold. Customer service was polite, but that doesn’t make up for receiving the same substandard item twice. I would strongly advise caution before purchasing, as what you see is very much not what you get.
