HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Some of our pieces, such as engraved items, are handmade-to-order, so processing times can vary slightly between products. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Current Production Time: 1-5 business days

For an additional $2.95, you can opt for faster processing, which will shorten the time it takes for your order to reach you.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you'll receive another email with your shipping information. Please keep in mind that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package yet. Use the tracking features provided by the carrier to check when your package is in transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours after placing your order for its status to update.

MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE

We understand how important your order is! If your tracking shows that your items have been delivered but you haven't received them, please check around your neighborhood in case it was delivered to the wrong address. Also, speak with family, roommates, or neighbors who might have received it on your behalf. Packages may also be left with property managers or apartment offices.

While we strive to assist you, Cycolinks is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and file a claim.

Yes, Cycolinks proudly serves customers worldwide! We use Shopify Markets to provide local currency options for a more convenient shopping experience. Prices on our site may be displayed in your local currency depending on your location and will be updated to reflect the correct exchange rate at checkout. However, please note that conversion rates depend on your payment provider.
