- 30-day timeframe: The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
- Original condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- Tracking required: When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
- Promotional gifts: For returns, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Refundable Items
- Personalized items: Personalized items are non-refundable, unless the engravings are totally different from what you provided to us.
- Damaged or altered items: Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Previously exchanged items: Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Cycolinks will cover reasonable return shipping costs under the following circumstances:

Cancellation Policy
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization/engraving/custom order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
Generally, all personalized/engraved/custom order items will be sent into production 8 hours after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a corresponding material and processing fee.
Cancellation Fees
- Less than 8 hours: If the cancellation is made less than 8 hours after order was placed, there would be no cancellation fee.
- 8 to 24 hours: If the cancellation is made between 8 to 24 hours after order was placed, there would be a 10% cancellation fee.

Far too difficult to get on and off. Knots do not slide easily. Have to use teeth and free hand to cinch it up or to loosen it. I love the look, but not the function. Because of this, I hardly wear it.

Ordered and didn't receive. Complained. Had my honesty questioned in my opinion despite clear evidence. finally issued a replacement which still has not been delivered.
Not very functional to most riders because the link isn’t suited for 12 speed. Still a cool idea tho

I wear my bracelet all the time and it never take it off because it's so comfortable.
I have one of the other Cycolink bracelets that I love, but I did not like this product at all. It took me 30 minutes just to figure out how to adjust it enough that I could get it over my hand & onto my wrist. Tightening it afterwards was no easier. And once I did finally get it adjusted for my wrist, I thought it looked awful. Great company with some great products, but this bracelet is not one of them.
Very nicely made. I adjusted the tightness on the day I put it on, and it has not come loose the first time. Very good quality product.
