- Marked delivered but not received: Check around your property, safe places, household members, neighbours, reception or mail room where applicable, then contact us so we can investigate the delivery information.
- Damaged delivery: Contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assess the problem.
- Incorrect address: Contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an address error. Once a parcel has entered the shipping network, changes may no longer be possible.
